ABOUT THE ROLE

Spellbook is looking for its first Revops lead, who will centralize, structure, and articulate the day-to-day business performance and challenges across the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams. This individual will help GTM teams track and deliver against operating goals, design and implement key cross-functional initiatives, perform root cause analysis to diagnose challenges, and inform overall Sales and GTM strategy. As our HubSpot admin, you'll optimize our CRM and other sales tools, ensuring data quality and process consistency throughout the sales lifecycle. You are technically inclined with experience preparing analysis on forecasting, growth/churn strategy, demand generation, process improvement, capacity planning, pricing, and working directly with GTM leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deal desk: Oversee the Deal Desk function to streamline deal management

  • Forecasting and process implementation: Implement and optimize sales processes, and programs and drive core business cadences (e.g., forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs)

  • Metrics: Establish key performance metrics (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to measure sales funnel efficiency

  • Collaboration: Work with GTM team leaders, including Marketing, Sales and CS to support their strategic goals

  • Hubspot & Sales tools improvement: You will be our Hubspot admin to optimize Hubspot and other Sales tools, ensuring data quality and process consistency across the Sales organization. You will also own all third-party tool connections

  • Pricing: Lead pricing strategy in collaboration with Finance and evaluate various pricing models (e.g., subscription, usage-based, tiered) to optimize revenue streams and customer lifetime value

  • Commission & quotas: Own and deliver our commission strategy and quota plans in partnership with Sales and Finance leadership to align incentives and performance

  • Team building: Build and develop a high-performing Revenue Ops team to support the continued growth of Spellbook as we scale

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations for a SaaS, Software, or technology company

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making

  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong collaborative relationships

  • Deep expertise in Hubspot and a comprehensive understanding of other sales tools

  • Ownership mindset, flexibility, and willingness to roll up the sleeves in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • As a Series A company, this person will be working in an IC capacity requiring the ability to work strategically and independently in a very fast-paced and demanding environment
